West Carroll Marauders Rugby is an organization of volunteers who work with West Carroll Recreation Council and the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks to provide recreation opportunities to the communities of New Windsor, Union Bridge, and Taneytown.

West Carroll Recreation Council provides community-based recreational programs and activities for youth and families in western Carroll County, Maryland. Through volunteer-led programs, including West Carroll Marauders Rugby, the council promotes participation, teamwork, skill development, and healthy, active communities.
